Discovering the Wonders of Science
This course introduces students to the world of science through engaging experiments and interactive lessons. Covering topics in physics, chemistry, and biology, students will explore how scientific principles apply to daily life. The course encourages critical thinking and curiosity by allowing students to conduct hands-on experiments. From understanding chemical reactions to learning about the human body and the laws of motion, this course lays a strong foundation for scientific literacy.
Students will begin by learning about the scientific method, including hypothesis formation and experimentation. The physics module covers fundamental concepts such as forces, motion, and energy. In chemistry, students will explore elements, compounds, and chemical reactions through safe and simple experiments. The biology section focuses on cells, human body systems, and ecosystems, helping students understand the interconnections of living organisms. The course concludes with environmental science, discussing climate change and sustainability efforts.
No prior knowledge is required. Ideal for middle school students or anyone interested in fundamental science concepts.
Virtual lab simulations, illustrated science textbooks, and step-by-step experiment guides will be provided. Additionally, students will have access to online Q&A sessions with science educators to enhance their understanding.
